- Magnesite-Ferrum Spinel Brick is basic refractory material with synthetic periclase (magnesia iron spinel) as main crystal phase. It delivers great thermal shock stability, strong anti-spalling performance and excellent kiln coating adhesion. Widely used for burning zone lining of large cement rotary kilns.
This brick shows outstanding thermal shock stability. It resists spalling well and forms stable kiln coating easily during operation. These properties help extend service life under continuous high temperature and frequent thermal fluctuation inside cement rotary kilns.
We produce DMFeZ series grades including DMFeZ-80, DMFeZ-82 and DMFeZ-85 with different MgO content to match different kiln working conditions. Typical application: burning zone of large dry process cement rotary kilns.
